I first met Nikolene in 2003 when she came to stage my 3600 sq ft home in Walnut Creek. She did such a good job, inside and out, that we actually waited a year to sell it; we enjoyed our new environment so much! Nikolene has a good eye for color and transforms rooms with paint; in addition she has some talented colleagues who work well with her. What I like about Nikolene is that she listened to me when I told her what I wanted to achieve, and worked very hard to make our joint vision happen. Nikolene has also managed a remodeling project for me – we had 10 days between moving out of one house and into another to make substantial changes in a small town house, including putting bamboo floors throughout the downstairs, moving a wall and completely remodeling a very pedestrian bathroom - and Nikolene kept the whole process sane and on –track. Nikolene also did some work on my weekend home and again made some suggestions on moving furniture and using space, which made a huge difference to the home. When we moved into our latest home in Lafayette I was again moving walls and changing bathrooms, installing a pantry and laundry room, and changing lighting and internal spaces with Nikolene’s help. Again she used her skills with wall color and carpeting to help me achieve my vision of a relaxed and enjoyable home. Nikolene is a very easy person to work with – keeps the budget reasonable – and my husband and I both believe she has made a big difference in both the sale-ability of our homes and the prices we were able to get for them Trisha Anderson

I use Nikolene Isely for all my staging. She does a fantastic job on everything, from condos to castles (literally!). She can take a seller's existing furniture, move it around, add some accent pieces and have an attractive setting. If the home is vacant, she will rent the furniture and accent pieces and create a model home look. She is efficient, dependable and fun to work with. She is the best!
